The client agrees to pay the monthly service fee as specified in the proposal or service agreement for the services provided by the company.
Upon confirmation of services, the client is required to make an advance payment equivalent to three (3) months of the package value.
From the second month onwards, the monthly service fee must be paid on or before the 5th day of each month to ensure uninterrupted continuation of services.
The advance amount equivalent to three months will be adjusted after the completion of eight (8) months of continuous service, and the adjusted amount will be applied toward the remaining service period as per the agreement.
If payment is not received by the 5th day of the month, the company reserves the right to temporarily suspend services until the outstanding dues are cleared.
All applicable GST or government taxes will be charged additionally in accordance with prevailing regulations.
Continuation of services is subject to timely payment and adherence to the above payment terms.
